This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, helpful luggage storage, and friendly 24-hour reception. On my first visit, the staff assisted me with dining directions, which I still remember. Definitely coming back for a romantic escape!

great location but small rooms

The location is ideal, within walking distance to the train station, which made traveling with our large suitcases much easier. The breakfast options were fresh and varied, a great way to start the day.

Absolutely loved our stay, especially when we were greeted with a bottle of lovely prosecco and a beautiful four-poster bed for our anniversary! The cozy garden area was perfect for relaxing after exploring, and the breakfast spread was simply amazing. Just a heads up, we had a little confusion with the room’s shower settings, but it didn't ruin our wonderful time. 🥂

Staying here with my 20 family members was a breeze. The hotel was easy to reach from the Cruise Terminal, and the beautiful canal view was the cherry on top. The rooms were cozy and superbly decorated, making our stay even more enjoyable.

In my wife’s opinion, a kid-friendly activity area would be great.

Had an awesome time with friends! The hotel was easy to get to from the Cruise Terminal, making our visit to Murano and Burano super smooth. Rooms were chic and comfy, and the breakfast in the courtyard was delightful with so many choices. Don't miss the shared water bus instead of a private taxi!

We did have some trouble with the dark hallways leading to the rooms, which felt a bit gloomy and could be slightly unsettling when returning late.

Spacious suite with a luxurious bathroom that had a separate shower and spa bath. The staff really went above and beyond, arranging transfers and providing tips for our trips. Breakfast was amazing with a nice courtyard for eating outside. We could have Prosecco to start the day. Fantastic water transport links nearby too.

I stayed for 3 nights in the Red Suite with Jacuzzi, which was nicely decorated and clean. However, the bed was too soft for my liking, and there was a lack of complimentary bottled water. The location was convenient and quiet, making it a good choice for a relaxing visit.

Just a heads-up, if you’re on the ground floor, the early morning bin emptying outside can be a bit loud. Overall, great vibes in a quiet area.

The room was lovely with a canal view that gave us a perfect picture of the neighborhood's charm. The breakfast spread? Unforgettable, like a feast fit for kings, good coffee, fresh figs, unbelievable, just straight up delightful.
